Description Project objective is to create an innovative system for managing electronic money and Value Added Services multichannel. The system will manage the entire lifecycle: issuing of electronic money instrument, its upgrades, dynamic loading of value added services, acquiring, authorization of transactions, reporting, monitoring, implementation of incentive programs, anti-fraud controls. All this things offering an integrated, multichannel and customer-centric view. The project will also develop systems of acceptance (POS, ATM and Cash Registers POS integrated) ways of interacting and innovating the user-experience defining methods and techniques for multi-channel and the achievement of innovative user interface for access, composition and use of services on different types of devices. In particular, we will investigate methods and models to enrich interfaces with aspects of multi-mode feedback and management of emotional / affective user. Within the project we will define models and techniques for the semantic description of services, for discovery, for interoperability and cooperation between them and to enable ability to talk between different applications. Finally, descriptions of services can be semantically enriched by new information or correlations with ontological patterns or data sets available (eg. Geolocation services). The initiative will investigate how the techniques and methods in place for managing the security of payments can be contextualized and possibly extended to be applied in the scenario providing integrated access to banking services and value-added services. In particular, we will investigate techniques and methods regarding the security of communication channels, communication protocols between services, digital identity verification to prevent fraud based on identity theft. Describing semantic constraints, priorities and characteristics of the users will be able to refine the operation of discovery services in a manner to meet the tastes and needs. The project will study and analyze new and innovative technology solutions and architecture for the definition of an IT infrastructure that is adequate in terms of scalability, reliability, transactional, modularity, performance, both in terms of deployment scenarios under this initiative - through the development of new components and integration of existing components - that the system evolves through the delivery of new value added services.
