Description	Innovative methodologies for recruiting and training to serve the world of work. The training project aims at creating highly-qualified professional profiles in the field of Information and Communication Technology. In particular the professional profile trained thanks to this project, should be able to design and implement complex information systems, serving the world of work, related to problems of human resource management and, specifically, of recruiting and training. The professional profile encompasses knowledge about methodologies and techniques covering the entire lifecycle in the implementation of an enterprise level information system. The training will be based on an interdisciplinarity criterion, where the student is encouraged to identify a personal growth and learning path closer to his/her professional profile, pursuant the course programs. The trained profiles will have the possibility to cope with problems related to analysis, architecture, design, development of database and WEB applications, as well as problems of management of projects and development teams. As for what concerns the engaged professionalities, the training modules will be taught by teachers and experts of information technologies, project management, human resource management, e-learning, training and recruiting. The training will be carried out primarily at CRMPA’s premises (Centre of Research on Pure and Applied Mathematics), which has the availability of classrooms and laboratories equipped for face-to-face training settings. Besides the CRMPA, the training will involve: DIIMA and DADITA as for face-to-face and distance training, ALTRAN, ARECHI and MOMA that will take care of the on the job training.
