Description	To prepare human resources ready to compete with the new dimension of the global market in the biomedical sector, particularly influenced by biotechnology progress and at the same time conditioned by multinational firms, it seems an increasing need for Southern Italy Regions where the health sector have a relevant role in the public expense. It means that it is necessary to develop an advanced technological offer at local level and medical services more efficient in terms of quality and customer satisfaction for a better rational of the public expense. The course, both in terms of contents and methodology, developing the single potential of participants within work groups in a dynamic and innovative context based on a daily rate between research and enterprise, aims to support the participants in being able to carry out a new approach in instrument diagnostics and biotechnology sectors, based on the capacities of: • feeling, reading and understanding in economical key the changes hold in the action context; • designing and planning technology solutions; • managing the economical aspects of the defined technological solutions; • promoting processes of decision making related to the evolution and changing of the global scenario; allowing in this way to improve the competitive position of local enterprises today existing in the region, offering to the territory also opportunity for the creation of new companies in a dynamic context.
