Il progetto intende realizzare un prototipo di Sistema Integrato di Recruiting e Training che consenta di trovare corrispondenze fra le azioni di recruiting (recupero di skill professionali o ricerca inquadramenti adeguati) e quelle di formazione.

Description The project aims at the realization of a Recruiting and Training Integrated System. The prototype system will be the result of the integration of many sub-systems that are able to represent, in unified and efficient way, the professional competences and abilities of users, that are able to semantically understand the supplies and the demands in order to find optimal agreements for recruiting actions (i.e. finding right professional skills for a specific task or, vice versa, looking for good jobs for a specific professional skill), that are able to offer personalized training path whose objectives are defined through Skill Gap Analysis techniques, optimization and forecasting algorithms. The idea means realizing a social network system helping citizens and enterprises in the employability, by crossing professional supplies and demands efficiently, by supporting political and social institutions, foundations, welfare, in monitoring, controlling, addressing initiatives related to the employment.
