Description The training project focuses on two different but complementary issues. Particularly in the first case it is proposed to complete the biological-analytical with the engineering-nanotecnologic knowledge while in the second case it is proposed to alongside the engineering knowledge to complementary and highly professional analitycal-biological knowledge. For both profiles wants to achieve highly specialized training in module A, the acquisition of skills resulting from new knowledge generated by module B, which includes training on the job a both in research institutes partner both in the company. The direct contact with production processes helps them to see the difficulties but also the enormous potential derived from the innovation process / product / service in the small food businesses reality. In particular the aim of this project is to obtain these 2 objectives: Objective1- formation of a highly qualified researcher with basic knowledge in chemical and biological, specialized in destructive and non-destructive analytical techniques, in particular sensor (MOS sensors, optical sensors, etc.) for security, for qualification and for authentication of high quality food production, and for encoding compositional analysis fingerprintings for the integration in new track and trace platform. Objective2- formation of a researcher, expert both in microsystems with RF-ID both sensor used for tracking and tracing in food processing. This figure starts with a basic understanding of electronic-engineering type whose knowledge, having to be applied to innovative systems for the agrifood sector of quality, need to be implemented with specific knowledge of the reference field to an application aware of the new technologies. The human resources must have Master's degree, and they must be no more than 30 years old. The new researchers, at the end of project, must be able even individually, to develop skills will make them flexible to changes related to work procedures, to conduct informal practices and organizational routines. For both objectives the formation will be complete by the skills acquired in C module.
